Refund Policy

Effective Date: Upon Champion’s activation of membership.

1. General Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for products and services offered by Ubuntu Botho Life Pty Ltd (referred to as "the Company" or "Ubuntu Botho Life") to its members, hereinafter referred to as "Champions." By purchasing or subscribing to any products or services provided by Ubuntu Botho Life, Champions agree to abide by the refund terms stated herein.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Champions may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

A. Cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period: Champions can request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no services have been utilized during this period.

B. Unsatisfactory Service: If Champions are dissatisfied with the quality of service received, they may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of service delivery. The Company will assess each case individually.

C. Non-Delivery of Promised Services: If the Company fails to provide services or products as outlined in the agreement, Champions are eligible for a full refund.

D. Technical Issues: If technical issues beyond Champions' control prevent them from accessing or using the purchased services, they may be eligible for a refund.


2.2. Champions are not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

A. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or personal preference.

B. Services Already Utilized: Refunds will not be granted if Champions have already utilized any part of the purchased services.

C. Violation of Terms: If Champions violate the terms of use or engage in any fraudulent activity, they will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, Champions must submit a written request to the Company's Customer Support team at info@ubuntubotholife.co.za within the specified refund eligibility period.

3.2. The refund request must include the following details:

  • Champion's name
  • Champion's contact information
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation

3.3. The Company will review refund requests within five (five) business days and communicate the outcome to the Champion.

4. Refund Options

4.1. Approved refunds will be processed within twenty-one (21) business days from the date of approval.

4.2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon between the Champion and the Company.
